We urge our customers to redeem the code upon receipt. Please note that after processing the order and sending the recharge code to the customer, returns and exchanges are limited to the following situations:

Error When Attempting to Redeem Code at Merchant

If you attempt to redeem the card and it shows that the code has been used previously, please send the code along with a screenshot showing the full message that appeared to the customer.

The customer will be given the option to either replace the code or receive a refund for the product (at the customer’s preference), provided that the code was redeemed before the order was processed and the code was delivered to the customer.

Error When Attempting to Recharge

If an error occurs when attempting to recharge, please send a picture of the error and the code to support on the site, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Important Note

The card will not be replaced or refunded if the date and time of code redemption are after the order has been processed and delivered to the customer.

Shipping Type

Due to the nature of digital products, all orders are delivered directly to the registered email within minutes of completing the payment.

Instant Delivery

Digital cards are sent instantly after payment confirmation, and in most cases, you can receive the cards immediately after the payment process.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees for digital products, as all products are delivered electronically. Additional fees may apply if special support service or multi-stage delivery is requested by the customer.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of orders through your account control panel on the site, and you will receive email notifications as soon as the cards are delivered.
